Please ensure the following latest software versions are downloaded on your Android phone and/or tablet:

  1. MAVRIC Shoulder AR-throscopy

1. Setup the TV at a comfortable height to mimic the screen as if it was on the arthroscopic stack.

2. [TV] Turn TV on and make note of “TV’s cast name” (check TV’s instructions to find this).

3. [TV] Select input channel that closest matches with “Wireless Device” or “Mobile Device”.

4. [TV] If any instructions on how to connect to the TV is displayed, then please continue to follow those instructions. If it does not, go to step 8.

6. Make sure the AR markers are not in a shadow and place the phone in a position that is stable and clearly viewing the AR markers. We would strongly advise purchasing a phone stand for this purpose.

7. [ANDROID PHONE] Increase screen brightness to the maximum setting. Go to Settings > Display > Brightness.

8. [ANDROID PHONE] Select the “Cast” or “Share Screen” tile to “TV’s cast name”. If you need some help with this step, see here.

9. [TV] TV should show phone screen.

10. [ANDROID PHONE] Tap AR-throscopy app.
